Exporter Not Fully Exporting?

  Hello!

  I’ve been trying to export my wordpress site because I am switching domain names. I plan to make a fresh wordpress install and just import all of my content there.

  However, when I try to export it barely contains anything inside. Every time I try to export it the number keeps getting smaller. It’s missing a lot! I need to change over today so I’m a little concerned. I’ve used it before with no problems but I have no idea what is happening now!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It only seems to export some random images and a few posts!

  If someone could please flag this for support I would appreciate it! I keep trying but the same thing keeps happening. It’s causing me a lot of problems with my new host! I’m really worried about losing everything because my hosting account with that company will expire very soon.

  I just found it! But the file is extremely small, only 789kb… I have a self-hosted WordPress blog, so my autumnd doesn’t have many posts on it, it’s all under mrsgaeul. Does that affect it? Maybe it was my old site before moving over?

  I’m still not able to export. Tried again today and it stopped at 8.8MB. :(

  If you have a self-hosted site, you will have to export that separately as well and import it. I am only able to export this site:

  autumnd.wordpress.com

  Well I keep trying to export it but it only exports a few things, and it won’t completely export everything. I’ve tried doing it several times and it always misses things.

  I’m not sure what else I can do!

  Try contacting your host about this. They may be able to help you. Since we are the support staff of WordPress.com, we wouldn’t have access to your self-hosted site as you are not hosted with us.
