Exporting

    I run a foster care agency that has an extremely outdated website. A staff member of mine began designing an updated website on her wordpress account. Before she got too far, I told her to export it to a separate account so that other staff members and I do not have to go into her private account to edit or modify the site. The problem is that neither of us can figure out to export the site she started working on to the new account. The directions found in forums are not helpful. To export, one set of instructions says to select ‘export’ from the ‘tools’ menu but the only thing in the ‘tools’ menu is a prompt to add ‘press this.’ Can someone please help?

    The website that you are trying to export, can you confirm if that’s a WordPress.com website, or a self-hosted WordPress website? If you are unsure, just let me know the domain name (address) of the website and I can look it up for you.
