Exporting all comments to Excel file

  Hi, Is there any way to export all my comments into an Excel file so I can sort/organize them for another purpose. I tried the XML export and that had too much in it that I didn’t know how to deal with. Thank you. If not, Word would be fine too but Excel is ideal.

  We only offer the XML format for exports. What are you trying to do with the comments?

  I have a forum about schools and people make comments about different schools. so I’d like to sort them out to make a file/page for each school. so it would be great to do it in Excel so I could sort all the comments that have accumulated over the past few years.

  Can the XML be manipulated in some way to isolate the comments for easier sorting?

  Or is there a way I can view more comments at a time if I have to just copy them out of the dashboard view?

  The XML can’t really be manipulated in that way. And sad to say, there isn’t a way to display more comments at a time either.
