Exporting Dates – Export File

  I have problems exporting my data (All: posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories and keywords) If I have done this before, it was always said under which email address the data was exported. But he does not seem to do this anymore. In any case I do not get any more emails. On 01.09.2017 the file was 28.9 MB in size. Can it be that the export file is only downloaded to a size of 30 MB?

  Hi there, The link to download the export zip file is sent to the email address you have listed in your account settings here: https://wordpress.com/me/account Make sure that it is up to date.

  If the email address is correct, check that the email hasn’t gone to your spam folder.

  If you still haven’t received it, please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag for Staff assistance.

  I changed the web address once. Must be confirmed. Then I try again with the new email address. My old email service provider has no spam function.

  Hi there,

  I can see you started the email change, but it isn’t confirmed yet. Please check your new email address for the confirmation link. Once you confirm, and then do a new export, the export file will go to the new email address.

  I have activated the new email. And now the data export seems to work. Thanks for your help.
