Exporting Files

  Every time (4 tries now) I try to export my files I get ‘We couldn’t export your media library at the moment. Please try again later.
  There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.
  What can I do to get my site files?

  Maybe it’s your browser, that’s not allowing you to do this?
