Exporting/Importing site from old host to new host

    I’m importing my pre-existing site from my old host to a new host but the new hosts couldn’t complete the importing cause of the following error message they received:

    I’ve tried the WordPress FAQs and forum and it gave me the the following solution which I tried but couldn’t use to delete the mentioned folders to get rid of this error:

    wp-content/mu-plugins/wpengine-common/
    wp-content/mu-plugins/slt-force-strong-passwords.php

    wp-content/mu-plugins/wpe-wp-sign-on-plugin/
    wp-content/mu-plugins/wpe-wp-sign-on-plugin.php
    wp-content/mu-plugins/wpengine-security-auditor.php’

    Each time I tried deleting the folders I get an error message saying I need ‘administrators permission to delete these folders/files’!

    I went to check how to sort out this error and still no success…I really need my site to go live as I’m in the tourism business and take bookings from my site and guests use it for information too.

    My site was built in WordPress platform by my previous host/ISP but now I’m struggling to get it to work cause of the error message while importing it to the new host…

    Please help me…it’s URGENT and I’m lost for solutions!

    FYI – my site domain/name is ‘cityskatetours.co.za’ and was built in WordPress so hoping you can help me!

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
