Exporting media

    Hi, I’m trying to use the export option so I can download a copy of all my blog’s media.

    But when I select the ‘media’ radio button and choose my blog’s full date range, it only gives me a tiny ZIP folders with a couple of XML files – no media.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I’m having the same problem. Reading your post helped me realize what I was doing wrong. I clicked on the zip file. When I tried to upload it, the contents opened in another window, and I was able to upload the .xml file from there.
