Exporting Media Download Breaks In-Between

    Whenever I try to download media by exporting it from my site, it breaks in-between, making me start all over again, only to break later without fully downloading. Can you please help?

    Hi there,

    If you have a lot of files in the library, the download can time out because it’s taking too long to complete. This is something that happens in you browser, though, so we don’t have a way to prevent it from our end.

    When that happens, click the download button in you browser toolbar and rightclick on the failed download. There might be an option there to resume the download without having to restart it from scratch.

    If that doesn’t work, you might want to look for a download manager app or browser add-on. I’m afraid I’m not able to recommend anything specific in that regard.
