Exporting my blog and its theme

  I’d like to export and download my blog along with its theme to be self-hosted.
  Is this possible or can the theme only be exported if it is one that has been bought?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you cannot export a WordPress.COM theme and use it on a WordPress.ORG install. The two run on different software. This is the same answer whether or not the theme is free or a paid premium theme and whether or not the name of the theme is the same on WordPress.COM as it is on WordPress.org.
