Exporting my current blog and mailing list…how?

    I am a little frustrated by the limited functionality within the WP.com structure and would like to move my WP site to somewhere I can use the full suite of plugins and themes.

    Can someone tell me how I can export the site, pages, posts, and importantly, mailing list please?
