Exporting my site – tiny file only?

    I have had an old site suspended (westernlrt at wordpress) and have been denied its export to save it. I’m waiting to hear what I did wrong. Getting nervous, I went to my main, large (back to 2021) web site which is this one and tried to back it up. I got a 713.7 KB (yes kb) zip file which seems impossible given the hundreds of posts there since 2012. Can anyone explain what is happening.
