  Hi, I am trying to download an xml file of my blog posts using the export tool under tools. it keeps saying there was a problem preparing my file. I tried 3 times, pls hellp

  Hi! Just to check, this was for http://chronicallyempoweredmom.wordpress.com/ ? I gave it a quick go (exporting all) but that did seem to work – you should normally get an email with the download link. Were you exporting everything, or a specific subset of posts/pages?
