Exporting site

Have made a number of mistakes including deleting Jetpack and now cannot export content. Help.

Hi, I think this is part of my problem, it is bellaharling.com, i think i have moved it under my Squarespace and lost the ability to export my data from WordPress

Okay, Jetpack is not relevant here, as the Jetpack connection for your site would have stopped working the moment you switched your domain to Squarespace in any case.
To get your content, you’ll need to contact your previous hosting provider – your entire site should still be on their servers, but it’s no longer connected to your domain, so there’s no way to access it. So you’ll need to get that site reconnected to a domain first. Then you’ll be able to log into WP-Admin and create an export file.
Your host might have temp/staging domains you can use for this, or else they can help you connect a subdomain of your domain to the site instead.
Once you’ve finished importing that content to Squarespace, it would be safe to take the WordPress site offline again, but I would recommend you also ask your host for a full-site backup of all your site’s files, just in case you discover something missing down the line.
