Exporting the media library

  In https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#exporting-the-media-library it is said that one can export the media library by downloading it.

  However, in the admin section of my blog, I have no “Export media library” option or download button. All I can download is the XML file containing the post and the description of the media files (but not them)

  Can you help me?

  Rather than the wp-admin dashboard have a look in the My Sites dashboard: “Tools” “Export”.
