Can a theme (not a premium theme) of a blog along with the content of a blog be transferred to WordPress.org?
Can a theme be exported using the Export Tool?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note: Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/Note: This will ONLY export your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags; uploads and images may need to be manually transferred to the new blog. The current version of the WordPress.org installation gives you the option to import uploaded files, but the blog you are importing from must be live and serving images properly in order for it to work. So, do not delete your blog until after media files have successfully been imported into the new blog.

Yes, I read about the Premium Themes, but what about the other Themes, the ones that aren’t Premium?

They are also specially customized for WordPress.com so they will work on our mult-user platform. You can probably find a similar theme for wp.org but it will work a little differently. For example, on wp.org one can use plug-ins, whereas on wp.com we have widgets and shortcodes.

You can read about Twenty Eleven for wp.org:
