Exporting to a new domain name

  We have a recipe site that was set up by someone else and now none of have the admin authority to export it to our new domain which is currently under construction. Unsure how we can get access to be able to export the files from one WP site to the new one.

  You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and what not.
