Exporting to Blogger

    Hey, well I wanted to try this feature out so I downloaded the XML export file but when I go to import it from Blogger, the uploader hangs and says “finished” I waited for hours then just went to my blogger blog to see if anything had change and nope, zilch, nada.
    I was wondering if there was a more effective way, or a third-party software, or something..anything?
