exporting to wordpress.org

Hi there, I need help exporting my wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I found an article that says I do this by accessing the dashboard section, finding Tools, and then Export. I don’t even have the Tools section on my wordpress.com home page. Can anyone else or know a better way? Thanks!

WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.
Here’s the export page link below. * You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

Will do. The link you gave me worked perfectly, once I inserted the “fankave” name into the URL. I am now exporting and will move on to the next steps after. I will message you if I hit any more road blocks. Thank you!
