Exporting WordPress to Facebook

  I would like to export my entire WordPress blog to Facebook such that each WordPress post shows up in my timeline as a separate status update or photo album as appropriate. This is a one-time thing; I will be shutting down my WordPress blog after I’m done. Is there any such tool? I’ve seen lots of “link your WordPress Blog to Facebook” tools, but nothing to do a one-time import.

  By the way: I feel horrible about this, but I just don’t have it in me to keep my WordPress blog going anymore, but I don’t want to lose the data.
