What’s available is a CSV file.

    Subscription Statistics
Blog administrators can see how many people are subscribed to their blog from the Site Stats page:

Clicking on the active number will show you the users who have subscribed with our Subscription feature in the admin bar. Clicking on “Email Subscribers” from this page will show the email addresses of all email subscribers, along with a link to download this as CSV..

What about exporting from wordpress.com and importing to wordpress.org? I have already the CVS file but I don’t find the same widget ‘Follow Blog’….

The follow blog widget at WordPress.com is an in-house widget for those who have free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. It is not included in the WordPress.org installs widgets not are the other WordPress.com in-house widgets.

I’m sorry the answer wasn’t the one you wanted to hear. Best wishes with your site.
