Exporting XML data from an Old wordpress blog

  This old wordpress blog was created ~2011. The admin panel has limited options and the Tools > Export option does not exist for the current blog I am on. It flat out does not have the link and there is not even a way to change the layout. I created another wordpress through this account just to make sure and my test blog has all the new features. I am looking to export the XML data perhaps another way to archive the blog posts.

  Hi there,

  The Export feature can still be reached in two different ways:
  My Sites > Settings > Export (tab)
  and/or
  My Sites > WP Admin > Tools > Export
  Logging in by adding ‘/wp-admin’ to the end of your site’s URL will also bring up that second Admin panel…
