Expound Background Color Not Displaying

  Hello,

  My blog is reignfall.net. I am using the Expound theme. For some reason, the background frame displays as white when it is supposed to display as the default dark grey. I do not have a premium account so I cannot edit the CSS code, nor have I ever had a premium account so I have never been able to change the CSS code. I have switched themes and reloaded Expound many times but it never displays correctly.
