Expound Issues

    I am trying to make my Expound site look like the demo with the most recent article bigger just below the menu bar and four previous posts lined up horizontally below. Mine will only line up vertically. All of my posts are tagged as ‘featured’. In addition, the main article never changes, even when I add a new post. Also, I can’t get the featured image to show up on the post page, even though I changed the post format to ‘image’. The theme description does not adequately address these issues. In fact, it says that ‘post format’ is not supported in this theme, but my dashboard allowed me to change access ‘post formats’. Another community member thought the featured images weren’t showing up on the post page because the images weren’t 460×260, but even the ones that were the right size would not show up. If I can’t do what I’m trying to do, that would be helpful to know. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to make it happen. Thank you in advance for your help.
