Expound theme layout

  I have another blog. https://applebrotherhood.wordpress.com/
  Ive used the expound theme there too. I want the same layout for https://harshkishore.wordpress.com/.
  I want the latest post to acquire the top spot then the four in parallel and the others below it.
  What im getting on https://harshkishore.wordpress.com/ is a simple layout where every post is under the last one.
