Expound theme: request for some minor changes

    I am trying the new Expound theme. Loving the professional and clean look. I saw the new feature of showcasing Related posts at the bottom of a post. I found that if there are no featured images in a Related post there is no way to distinguish the link from normal text. Can you make the links appear like links and not as normal text?

    The same goes for category and tags in a single post. No way to distinguish.
