Express checkout for stripe not showing up for every product

    I have a wordpress website where im using woo commerce. i have express checkout for stripe enabled for google pay and link, but it only shows up on some products and not others. For example, it shows up when I click on the t-shirt product that is $30 but it wont show up for a virtual, downloadable pdf file that I have listed at $900. How do i make the express check out buttons not disappear for some products? I also have made sure that express checkout it enabled for the cart, checkout, and products page.
