    I created a shopify store and bought my domain. I want to use wordpress and keep my domain. What is the best route to take

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,

    I did not see you mention the URL of your current site, but if you are willing to share it we’re happy to take a closer look. You wish to migrate the contents of that site to be hosted here on our WordPress.com managed hosting instead? Or do you wish to migrate the domain only but start over with a fresh site?

    We do not have e-commerce functionality built in to WordPress.com by default, but it can be added via a “plugin” by first upgrading to our Business or eCommerce plans:

    Either plan will allow you to add the WooCommerce plugin for e-commerce, and will also benefit from being on our managed hosting services as explained here: https://wordpress.com/hosting
