Extend domain and plan

The domain and plan has expired a month ago. It can be renewed only by the admin user, for which we don’t have the credentials anymore. Is it possible to help us out with the email address that user has, so we can re-enable that email address in our system and reset the pass? Thank you

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that ppb.technology is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @alexcioflicappblogin.
