I need to extend the renewal period for a few days.

The expiration date on my renewal for Custom Design is up in two days. I am ill and I need to extend the date for another week. How can that be done?

I have flagged this for staff attention – to my knowledge there is no formal way of extending an expiration date – I don’t know if there is a grace period after an upgrade expires that it will continue to work – on the good side of CSS is that your site will still be accessible it just won’t look like you want it to look – your CSS code should not be deleted when the upgrade expires – – but it is easy for me to tell you that your blog might “just won’t look quite like you want it to”

Sorry no estimate on when the staff can reply – they will reply in this thread – they work requests in the order from oldest to newest so please just let this thread sit so it will age to the top of the list for the staff – they check the forums on a regular basis but I don’t know their schedule

Yep, I’m a staff member. You can tell who’s staff by checking out our user tag on the left. Underneath my username it says “Staff”. Our moderators say “Moderator” there. Everyone else says “Member”.

In order to have a domain registered through WordPress.com, you have to have a registration upgrade and a mapping upgrade, which comes to a total of $18.

Your domain 3psbyseeker.com is both registered and mapped by WordPress.com. These are both yearly subscriptions. In order to keep using your domain through us, you’ll need to renew both the registration and the mapping.
Usually when you register a domain, you wouldn’t even see the two separate upgrades. The fact that they are separate is really only for our clarification on the back end of things because some users purchasing only a mapping upgrade if they own a domain through a different registrar.
