  I don’t have the Extension button on my dashboard , and to install a plugin I need it.

  Hi there,

  Plugins can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
