Extension of service until end of the month.

Hi I am renewing this domain( qirriyab.com) for sudanunion.com for the next couple of years. But I would prefer to do this at the end of the month for automatic renewal. I am also planning to upgrade to premium and purchase some services. I will now update my debit card info and do some house upkeep work. Can you please let me do so until the end of this month. But don’t charge my account until August 31/16. My email address is on file.Thanks.

There is no domain, qirriyab.com, registered with WordPress.com. That domain is also not connected to any WordPress.com site, and in fact doesn’t appear to exist at all.
The domain, sudanunion.com, is also not registered with WordPress.com, but with publicdomainregistry.com, so you’ll need to contact them to renew the domain.
The only domain you have registered with us is wwwsudanunion.com. That domain expires on 12 January 2017, and is linked to your Business plan which expires on 6 December 2016. The domain will renew when the Business plan renews, but there is currently no payment details linked to that plan so auto-renew is not active. If auto-renew is active on an upgrade, the upgrade is renewed a month before the expiration date. We cannot manually adjust it to take place on a different date.

The domain will renew when the Business plan renews, but there is currently no payment details linked to that plan so auto-renew is not active.

As I said above, the domain, sudanunion.com, is not registered with us, and in fact no longer appears to be registered at all. That domain doesn’t exist.
Your business plan has the domain, wwwsudaunion.com connected to it, so the free domain for that plan has already been used. If you want to register sudaunion.com and connect that to your plan instead of wwwsudaunion.com I can help you do that, but you’ll have to register sudaunion.com first.
