Extension of storage space

  Hi, is the maximum space provided is 13gb?
  Can I increase it to terabytes?
  Where does all my data stored? Is it on cloud?
  If it’s on cloud can I get cloud space purchased exclusively and that can be added to my storage?
  I am new here so want to understand the flow.
