  Hi, I’m a beginner at wordpress.com and i wanna know if i can use extensions like those on wordpress.org

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Exactly which extensions are you referring to please? Are you asking if you can purchase your own domain through WordPress.COM?

  No i’m talking general extensions( plugin)…like making classified website or social network with buddypress….is there how can i upload plugins?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins or third party themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.

  WordPress.ORG offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG install.
