  Is it possible to set up a Page making it an external link to another website.

  Yes. You can create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ and add a custom link as a menu item in it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links

  Yes I understand that part thanks so much :)!
  What I actually want though, is that when you click on the page title that you would leave my blog and go elsewhere to another website of my choice.
