External Link in Page Menu

  Ok, so I created a blog using the original wordpress theme, I really liked it, but came to a setback when I wanted to make it so in the “pages” widget, i could have a link called “forums” that would lead to a completely different site. I couldnt figure out a way to do this, so i just added a text widget and made it look like the old site menu. But, I now have too many widgets and need 3 columns, i really like the Digg 3 column theme, but it ads a site menu at the top, now, is there any way to make one of the tabs a link to an external website?

  Create a page with
  <a href="URL">SOME TEXT</a>
  as the title.
  “Some text” must have a space in it.
