We have recently been contacted by someone who claim that 407 external links from our domain are coming up on her web page and are hurting her google ranking. Her website is http://www.ebourneimages.com and she is asking if we can remove these links. I however am not an expert on this topic and do not quite understand what steps are necessary to go about this. Can you please advise as to why this might be happening and how we can fix it?

Sorry to hear about the issue you’ve been having. However, it looks like your site (bloghunnis.com) is hosted at a different hosting company. These forums are only for sites hosted here at WordPress.com

I think you might be incorrect, I have tried to log on to use the wordpress.org forums and our account bloghunnis is not registered with them. It is registered through wordpress.com but possibly through the business sector of it.

Checking on https://whois.icann.org, it says the nameservers for your domain “bloghunnis.com” are:

NS2.SITEGROUND204.COMThis means your site is probably hosted by SiteGround.com. If you contact their support, they should be able to assist you in clearing up your 407 errors.
