External links not working

  Hi! So I’m encountering an issue where all my links to external sites will automatically include my own domain. For example, on my Shop page (http://www.wallflourgirl.com/shop/), there is a link for http://www.etsy.com/shop/wallflourgirl. However, when my readers click on it, the URL becomes http://www.wallflourgirl.com/www.etsy.com/shop/wallflourgirl–and of course, it doesn’t work. This has happened a few times before and I’m sure it’s a simple fix on my part, but I’m not sure where to start. Any ideas how I could fix this or why it’s happening? Thanks!

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, wallflourgirl.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

  Oops, I think I just typed WordPress support into my searchbar and didn’t notice. Thanks! I’ll check in WP.org.
