External URL Link

  Is it possible to link A page to an external URL such as “http://www.flickr.com/photos/fryimaging/”

  I am looking for link > New Tab(New window[or same tab/window]) to the URL in quotations. I’ve googled this and there has been no clear answer everything has been pretty vague.

  Page title can be Portfolio or Flickr page as I have heard it can be done putting in URL Html code but the page name has to have a space or something along those lines.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
