External URL links in my blog are not taking readers to external web pages.

    When clicking on links in my blog to other websites/pages, the reader is not automatically taken to the linked URL. Instead, they receive an error message as follows, and then they have to manually open a new page by clicking on the last line of text below in order to be taken to the linked URL:
