External widget for WordPress login in my main (non-WordPress) website header?

Hi there, and thanks so much in advance for any assistance you could offer!
I run a website that I made myself, I didn’t want to use anything like Drupal (whatever the term for these things is). On my website I have a WordPress blog, a Vanilla Forums forum, and other sections. At the top of every page on my website I have a header (via server side include), and I was hoping to be able to include a member login widget in my header. I understand I can integrate my WordPress and Vanilla Forum software to share a common login, but I haven’t found a way to put a login widget on an external page of *my* website (*not* a WordPress page).
If this option does not exist, the mods may move this thread to the suggestions forum if they wish.

I’m sorry to report that you have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/
