Externally hosted email not working since DNS transfer to WordPress

Sent request for support Friday the 30th – no response. Since this problem means we aren’t receiving any business mail . . . it’s a significant issue.

Hi,
Since transferring the domain name server addresses from another host to WordPress – we can no longer access the Webmail located at that host service.
More specifically (from host support):
“On checking I could see that the domain “http://lisalupia.com/” is pointing to multiple IP addresses and none of them is with us. The IP address to which the domain should point is “216.187.92.75”.
How do/can we remedy this – so we can have the wordpress site and access Webmail via the host?
Thanks,
Marty

Hi there,
Your name servers should remain set to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comIf you wish to map your domain to your blog here at WordPress.com.
As for your custom domain email: You’ll need to ask your email provider for your MX records, and then add them to your DNS here at WordPress.com by following these instructions:
