Extra huge images on pages and posts

  I help a friend developing his website http://www.ongaia.net
  and anytiem we upload an image on a page or a post, regardless the size, it appears huge. See below

  I have tried diffrent file versions, sizes, nothing but huge images. Anyone has an idea how to correct this? Thanks
