Extra money deducted

    Hi, I bought plan for $60 and then upgraded to premium plan which costs me another $60. so basically I paid the subscription amount twice. I was getting notification that I have $60 credit to use for upgrade. Please advice how can I get my $60 back. Thank you

    Hi there!

    I can see some confusion there. When you purchase a paid plan and want to upgrade it later on, we’ll add a pro-rated credit to your account to discount what you’ve already paid for your current plan.

    This credit gets smaller as time past (closer to your plan expiration date). To explain, you bought plan Personal, which costs A$60. The Premium plan costs A$120 so, to upgrade, you’ve paid A$120 – A$60 that you’ve already paid for the current plan.

    I hope that made it more clear. I can see that you have now canceled your paid plan, and renewed the domain for one additional year. Let us know which plan are you interested in, and we’ll try to fix this for you.
