How to I get a catergory page or a sub-menu? Here’s what I want. For instance, under the main menu About Me, I also want to have a page/sub-menu about Food. How do I go about doing this? I have looked it up on support and tried it but nothing happened. Please help.

Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
