Extra page appearing on google search

  When I google my website it shows an extra page appearing on google search but I can’t seem to find it anywhere on my WordPress website to remove it. It just says pilates-16.
  I can’t figure out if it’s a post, or a page, and why it’s there since I have t linked it to the main webpage.

  I found a way to try to edit it, and when “I deleted it” it’s still showing the page on google search but only saying page not found? What is going on? How do I delete that page completely so it’s no longer there?

  We don’t control what Google has in its search cache. If you removed the page, you would need to contact Google to remove the result. Here’s their support document on how to request this:
