Extra text appears in my blog

  When I paste content from Word I get a bunch of font-related content preceding my blog. How do I eliminate this?

  Here’s an example:

  Hi there,

  Text like that appears when text is copied and pasted from Microsoft Office, which can clearly cause some significant problems. We recommend that you compose your posts directly in the Visual Editor, or if you must compose in MS Office, you should paste in to the Word window, which we have information on right here:
