extreme slow loading of site and comments

    The blog is extremely slow to load, and a commenter advises he’s unable to load a comment because the comment feature stalls on loading. The issue seems specific to the blog, and doesn’t seem to depend on internet connection (same problem at two different hi-speed internet locations) or which computer I am using. I’ve tried looking at the forums but found nothing on-point. Hoping someone can help. Thanks.
