I am in quite a pickle. I started a blog in 2013 and ended up neglecting it because I was planning my wedding and transitioning jobs. Now, I’d like to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, I am locked out. All I have is the domain name via WordPress and the email I’m sure I used to set it up with at the time. Unfortunately for this situation, the email account I set it up with is one I rarely use (I mainly let notifications and spam go there). I have an email and password for the email, but am locked out of there for some reason. Their tech support would not help me online and wanted to charge me $1.99 per minute to handle it over the phone – not happening. So, I can’t get to the WP access code or any reset information in that email account. I’d hate to lose everything I posted when the blog was active. Help?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you are not successful, then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. Note also that there is frequently a backlog and do not expect an instant response from Staff please.

    Hello!

Unfortunately, like I said, I am also locked out of the email account I registered with, so there’s no way for me to retrieve said log in information :( I’ve had the email account since like 2003 and suddenly I don’t have access. I tried their tech support (Juno) and they said they couldn’t give the information to me online. So I called and they wanted to charge me $1.99 per minute for tech support, by phone which is absurd. So yeah…still locked out…
