Extremely Slow Website

    I have done some major updates on my website https://ozgalore.au but now it is running extremely slow.
    I have changed all homepage photos to webp format and minimised the sizes substantially, I also used simple and small caption text. I don’t have any heavy weighted image or video or anything else.
    I have been activating and deactivating a number of plugins to find out what is causing the issue but nothing works.
    I have finally deactivated Jetpack boost and now using Autoptimization along with WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache off and on to make sure they don’t crash.
    I am frustrated as I have been working on this issue for two days now. Any help would be much appreciated.

    WordPress.com does have a fast network of servers. Most of the time a slow loading site is caused by a bottle neck somewhere between your computer and the wordpress.com servers.

    Perform a traceroute from your computer, so not through an online service, to your site to find the culprit.
