F8 unresized images and phone number (help please)

    Hi All,

    Does anyone know how to prevent F8 Static from resizing my square images to rectangular? It is stretching them.

    Also, does anyone know where to go to put in my phone number and/or email that shows up in the top right hand corner?

    Newbie here so a big thanks for any help.
